Shipping and Returns
All orders are shipped via USPS and have a tracking number. Orders are shipped out within 1-5 business days of when the order was placed. Shipping prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on weight and your location. Please double check your shipping address when you receive your order confirmation as we are NOT responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to incorrect addresses.
RETURNS + CONCERNS
Items may be eligible for returns on a case-to-case basis.
An item may be returned if you are extremely unhappy with your piece. Upon return we will issue store credit on the item minus it's applicable taxes + original shipping fee. We do not offer cash back refunds, only store credit.
The item must be returned to us in its original condition (unworn, unaltered, and odorless) within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Please include a note inside the package with the following:
- first and last name the order was made under
- email address (we will send your store credit to this email)
- date of purchase
- reason for return

MISSING AND LOST PACKAGES
We cannot be held accountable for any missing and/or lost international or domestic packages. Once a package leaves our hands, we no longer have any power over the shipment process. While it is a rare and frustrating occurrence we recommend you contact your local post office with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email for reference, to inquire of its status if it has surpassed 20 business days.
